# 2. Target Users

VIZO does not adopt a "one-size-fits-all" approach. We segment users into three regional groups based on two axes: **Content Entertainment and Financial Operability**, supported by public data facts.

### 2.1 APAC (Asia-Pacific): Mobile Internet + Fan Economy + Multi-lingual Communities

Internal diversity is high (Japan/Korea vs. Chinese-speaking vs. SE Asia vs. South Asia), but "Mobile First + Entertainment Content" is the common denominator.

* Long-term Cultural & Social Structure:
* Mobile & Short Content Mindset: Massive mobile internet and social media ecosystems. Short video/livestreaming/bullet comments create a strong habit of "Content as Social."
* Fan Economy & Support Culture: From K-pop, ACG, and E-sports to local idols, fan communities have inertia for organized action (voting/supporting).
* Fragmentation & Pressure: Light interactions with quantifiable feedback (points, leaderboards, badges) in fragmented time slots have higher conversion power than heavy content.
* Multi-lingual/Cross-border: Strong cross-language propagation. Regional hotspots often "break circles," requiring multi-lingual information architecture and localized moderation.

### 2.2 Central Asia: Relationship Networks + Offline Reputation + Financial Caution

Coexistence of Russian/Turkic zones. Economies rely on resources, logistics, and cross-border trade. Mobile growth is steady, but payment and financial tool usage remain conservative.

* Long-term Cultural & Social Structure:
* Acquaintance Society & Offline Reputation: Community/Trade networks are tight. Trust often precedes brand. Offline word-of-mouth significantly impacts decisions.
* Cross-border & Forex Mindset: High sensitivity to exchange rates, inflation, logistics, and commodities.
* Diverse Information Sources: Fragmented public opinion (Russian/Turkish/Local). Information credibility relies heavily on "source and relationship."
* Religion & Public Ethics: Strong boundaries on topics; requires respect for local culture and public narrative limits.

***

### 2.3 Africa (Sub-Saharan): Young Demographics + Micro-High-Frequency + Community Driven

High percentage of youth. Rising adoption of mobile money/telecom wallets. Small amount, high frequency, instant feedback, and community activities drive participation.

* Long-term Cultural & Social Structure:
* Youth & Community Vitality: Strong propagation via offline communities, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Word-of-mouth and group interaction amplify rapidly.
* Micro-Payment Mindset: Telecom wallet penetration is rising. Habits favor low denomination, instant settlement.
* Local Events & Sports: High stickiness for local leagues, national teams, and regional social issues. International hotspots need "localized narratives" to convert.
* Financial Education & Risk Aversion: High trust cost for complex financial tools. Needs designs that are simple, clear, refundable, and verifiable.

***

### 2.4 Contrast with the US Market (Politics + Local Sports)

* Information Driver: Emerging markets favor "Entertainment/Community/Local Topics." The US favors "Institutionalized attention on Politics/Local Sports."
* Gameplay Structure: Emerging markets suit Low Barrier (Pools & Binary/Range/Duel). The US favors CLOB Depth & Hedging.
* Risk & Compliance: Emerging markets emphasize Micro-friendly + Cultural Boundaries. The US emphasizes Evidence Chains/Cool-off Periods/Arbitration & Professional Risk Control.

***

### 2.5 Summary

The cultural structures of Asia/Central Asia/Africa (Mobile, Fan/Community, Cautious/Micro, Localized) versus the US (Institutional Politics/Sports) dictate two different paths for "Information → Participation → Trade." VIZO utilizes UGC Templates + Dual Trading Engines + Interpretable Pricing + Compliance & Risk Control to transform these differences into product strategies and growth engines, respecting local culture while maintaining a unified, auditable, and scalable architecture.
