# 8. Operations & Commercialization Strategy

#### MVP Recommended Launch Markets

Start with major indices (S\&P 500, NASDAQ) as the first set of tradable markets. After evaluating compliance risks and liquidity performance, gradually expand to individual equities.

#### Liquidity Design

Liquidity will be supplied through a protocol- or partner-funded “bootstrap pool” combined with early LP incentive programs. A market-making bot will be deployed to absorb initial order-book depth and improve trading experience.

#### User Protection Measures

Implement strong Responsible Gambling (RG) mechanisms and self-exclusion tools, including:

* Daily/weekly betting limits
* Cooling-off periods
* Optional play restrictions

#### Market Expansion

Launch first in compliant non-US jurisdictions, followed by a phased entry into EU/MiCA markets. Prepare legal opinions to support entry into strict regulatory regions.

#### Target User Segments

* Web3 speculative users (overlaps with Polymarket)
* Retail stock traders (Robinhood / Futu / Tiger Brokers users)
* Meme communities (DOGE, SHIB, etc.)

#### User Acquisition Channels

Airdrop missions via partner wallets (MyDogeWallet, OKX Wallet)\
Partnerships with KOLs & crypto media\
Launch “simulation mode” (no capital required) to attract beginners\
Host weekly “Prediction Challenge Tournaments” on Discord/Twitter
